TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Who we are

Home Run Merch Co. is a custom-merchandise service operated by Five AM in Auckland, New Zealand. These terms apply to every order placed through homerunmerch.co.

2. Quotes and orders

Submitting a run through the studio or the upload form is a quote request, not a purchase. Nothing is charged when you submit.

We review every request and email you an itemised invoice. Your order is confirmed when you accept the invoice, and production begins once payment is received.

Prices are shown excluding GST; GST is added at checkout. Prices can change until an invoice is issued. The invoice price is the price.

3. Your artwork

You keep all rights to the artwork you upload. You give us a licence to reproduce it only as needed to produce and ship your order.

You confirm you have the right to use everything in your design. We can decline any order that appears to infringe someone else's rights or that we're not comfortable printing.

We check every order before it goes to press, but you are responsible for spelling, layout and colour choices in the design you approve.

4. Production and delivery

Custom garments are made to order. Turnaround estimates are estimates; we'll tell you promptly if your run is delayed.

Delivery is by courier within New Zealand, or free pickup from our Auckland studio by arrangement.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or pickup.

5. Returns and reprints

Because every item is custom-made, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives faulty, misprinted or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll reprint or refund it. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.

6. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

We can suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other people.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act where they apply.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date below. Questions: reply to any of our emails or use the contact details in the footer.
