PRIVACY POLICY

1. What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order: your name, email, phone (optional), delivery address, and the designs and files you upload.

When you create an account: your email, name and a hashed password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).

Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) kept by our hosting providers for security and debugging.

2. What we use it for

To quote, produce and deliver your order, and to email you about it (invoices, status updates, questions about your artwork).

To keep your saved details and asset library available when you sign in.

We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email you haven't asked for.

3. Your designs

Uploaded artwork is stored privately and used only to produce your order. We share print files with our print supplier (Supacolour) solely to manufacture the transfers.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who make the shop work: Supabase (database, accounts, file storage), Vercel (hosting), our print supplier, and NZ Post or our courier for delivery labels.

Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any files we no longer need.

6. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Reply to any of our emails and we'll sort it.
